Todoist and spreadsheet integrations
Connect Todoist, import pasted CSV or Google Sheets rows, and export release details with clear limits on what stays connected.

Rollout’s current integration workflows connect campaign tasks with Todoist and move release information into or out of spreadsheets. Each workflow has a different purpose: Todoist provides a linked task view, while spreadsheet import creates a new release sheet.
Connect Todoist
In Account, find Todoist and use Sign in with Todoist when offered. Follow the connection screen, then return to a release and choose Link a Todoist project. Pick an existing accessible project and select Use this project.
The teammate who links the project supplies the connection used to show its tasks, sections and comments to release readers. Changes use the acting person’s own Todoist connection and project permissions. Connecting Rollout does not grant additional Todoist project access.
Create projects, manage team membership and assignments, and handle task deletion in Todoist. Use Open ↗ in the task panel to continue there. Rollout provides on-demand reading and supported task actions, rather than background project synchronization.
Import a spreadsheet
- As an editor or admin, choose Import from Release Sheets.
- Paste CSV text, copy and paste rows directly from Google Sheets, or paste a Google Sheets link that is shared as anyone with the link.
- Choose Import, then review the new release sheet. Check names, dates, tracks, links and which sections received each column’s information.
If the source spreadsheet should remain private, paste the rows you intend to import instead of changing its sharing settings. Include clear column headings and only the release information your workspace needs.
Import saves the mapped result as a new release; it does not keep the source sheet connected. Later changes in Google Sheets do not update Rollout automatically, and changes in Rollout do not write back to the source.
Export release information
Choose CSV on a release to download its contents in a format you can open in Google Sheets or another spreadsheet app. The library’s Export downloads the collection as JSON. Neither action creates a two-way Google Drive connection. Check exported information before sharing the file.
